Why was the recharge-agent privilege disabled?

At present, the condition for keeping a recharge-agent account active is that the agent's monthly income must reach USD 1,000. If this amount is not met, the system will temporarily disable your recharge-agent qualification. The permission can be restored once the monthly income reaches USD 1,000 again.
